Our goal is to develop, maintain, operate and promote a faith-based Pre-K-12 Grade, Christian Boarding School Mission Campus and orphanage where all children are welcome. The mission will be equipped with girls and boy’s dormitories, teacher & staff housing, missionary guest housing, dining hall, church, three elementary schools, junior and senior high schools, library, community center, recreation and sports parks. Our desire is to open and operate a first-class innovated, technology-based program that introduces and models some of the advantage of life in the United States. Children who reside far from campus will be encouraged to live on campus and attend school while local students will attend day school. Our children will receive an outstanding, Christ centered education that will be set up and modeled after the U.S. school system. In addition, we will establish the Christian Technical Center (CTC); a unique 6 months job training program to a 2 years vocational educational program dedicated to adult learning, job training and readiness, trade and business development programs. CTC will be designed to teach the youth and young adults, and those who have been out of school for some time including those who have never been to school. The general education programs will be established to accelerate the adult learning process providing the basic essentials in academic instructions to enter into trade school.
In addition, CCIM will establish a medical clinic on campus to provide safe, high quality public healthcare services to the local communities. Additional services will include awareness on better healthcare during pregnancy, childbirth and infant care. The importance of Well Child checkups, Adults and senior care, and special needs healthcare and training in nutrition, healthy living, and good health practices. Create a supportive system for children and families affected by HIV/Aids and other health issues within the communities. Knowledge is power and the citizens of Salala will be equipped with the knowledge, and resources they need to better care for their families and help stop the high fertility and infant mortality rates.
Moreover, we will create and launch a community development organization geared to creating tangible robust, year-round employment based opportunities. CCIM will tap into the natural resources of the country to create year-round job opportunities through agriculturally based establishments, construct manufacture plants and factories for job creation while embarking onto the supply chain of exporting raw materials such as coffee, cocoa beans, and importing pharmaceutical & medicine, farming equipment’s, road and bridge building equipment’s, fertilizer for growing food and items that will improve the lives of the people.
We will also be establishing a livestock ranch farm to raise cattle, pigs, chicken, goats, sheep, ducks, and other live farm animals to produce meat to feed the mission communities.
The goal in creating these businesses is to create 5000 full time new jobs by 2030 with monthly income to sustain families while generating revenues to accomplish our goals to improve and promote better living conditions. With parents working to sustain their families; we can move to establishing community development projects such as building low income housing with indoor plumbing, improve road conditions, infrastructure and create sustainable development projects through wind and solar energy to bring lights and power to the communities; creating innovation that will propel Salala into the Twenty-first Century; ultimately working alongside local governments to eliminate illiteracy and poverty throughout the region of Liberia, and globally.
